Hotel Gardenia Sirmione

The breakfast was buffet style. In my opinion, it was as varied and fresh as any 4-star hotel. The pool is not heated and we were unable to swim in it. Visually, it made a very favorable impression. It is located in a green spacious courtyard and is large enough to swim in it thoroughly, not just splash into. The room is very comfortable, with a balcony, a large wardrobe (with a refrigerator in it), a table, a chair, a TV. The only thing you could wish for is a kettle in the room. The bathroom has a good shower stall and a bidet. In general the impressions are extremely positive. In addition to the above-described facilities, I want to note the wonderful service, and the very friendly and helpful staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the owner of the hotel, who worked every day on par with the rest of the hotel employees. He turned out to be a very friendly person and ready to help even in non-trivial situations

The property was clean and well Maintained. It had a lovely pool and there was never any issues getting a lounger. The staff were friendly and helped us out with getting transport to trains etc. Lots of clean towels in the room (although not to be used at the pool!- pool towels could be hired for £2.50). Air con worked brilliantly. A lovely little balcony with chairs and an air drier was most appreciated . Lots of variety at breakfast time but a lot of the offerings were cake like desserts which my daughter just loved but me not soo much!

my stay at hotel gardenia, sirmione was exceptional. the hospitality, the service, the staffs and everything was perfect. i would like to thank Lou, Cesare and Gianpaolo for being very nice to me and my wife. you both have done so much for us and i really appreciate it. i would definitely come again and highly recommend hotel gardenia to everyone i know. A lovely hotel with everything we needed! Pool is a good size with plenty of sun beds. Simple menu for poolside snacks but perfect if you don’t want to leave. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Room was comfortable with effective blackout blinds. Staff were only too helpful to assist with our questions and even offered bike hire. Good location with a lot nearby, however a 30-40 minute walk to the top (the heart really) of Sermione.

Breakfast was amazing. Convenient parking at the hotel free of charge. You can either walk to the old town (35-40 min) or take a bus (2 eur, 10 min and it runs every 20-25 min). A lots of nice restaurant around the hotel if you are lazy to go to the old town :) the pool looked beautiful and clean but it was cold to swim.
